We are seeking an experienced Closing Supervisor to oversee the home closing process for a premier home-building company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess extensive experience working with home builders. This role ensures smooth transactions from the final stages of construction to handover, coordinating across departments and with clients to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify closing documents, contracts, and warranties to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Track and manage all closing dates to align with project timelines and sales goals.
• Train, mentor, and support a team of closing coordinators, ensuring adherence to company procedures and client satisfaction.
• Review and sign-off on POA's, Trust Agreements, etc.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline closings, enhance accuracy, and improve the buyer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of closing transactions, coordinating with finance for reporting and audit purposes.

Qualifications:

• Must have active real estate license or willingness to acquire.
• Proven experience as a Closing Supervisor or similar role within the home building industry.
• Bachelor's degree or five years related experience.
