About who needs care: She doesn't have much structure now. I am in the process of getting her schedule made. No Hobbies. Functions better in the afternoon. Enjoys talking to people.
About the care needs: A good fit would be someone who is patient and easy going. Lynn is kind and can carry a conversation but does get defensive when challenged.
