As a full-time Master HVAC Technician, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling options, ensuring a minimum of 32 hours per week. Choose between Monday to Friday shifts or Wednesday to Sunday schedules, giving you the freedom to balance work and life with ease.

THE TYPE OF MASTER HVAC TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Each day, you'll dive into the heart of excellence, focusing on three key tasks that define your role: repairing HVAC equipment, maintaining systems, and interacting with our valued customers. To do this, you need:
- 5+ years of experience and ability to pass a master technician assessment
- EPA certification
- Trade school certification or NATE certification or ESCO certification
- Great interpersonal and collaboration skills
