The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:
The RTX Corporation Enterprise Services Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team has an immediate need for an financial professional to complement the Financial Reporting Team and provide overall financial support for the Enterprise Services organization.
What You Will Do
Provide monthly reporting and analysis to ES workstream leaders on functional areas showing financial performance and partnering to make strategic financial decisions to achieve business goals
Prepare intercompany journal entries for non-allocation activities
Support merger, acquisition, and divestiture (MA&D) activities for temporary support agreement (TSA) creation and financial execution
Consolidate and analyze monthly financial reports providing insights to Leadership on variance drivers
Consolidate and analyze Enterprise Services Ops Reviews slides for monthly Leadership meetings
Lead year end accrual process ensuring compliant and accurate entries and support working closely with accounting teams
Provide ad hoc Incurred Cost support as needed
Support Allocations/BOE reviews as needed
Help manage large quantities of data to create reports for management and create continuous monitoring controls
Participate in process improvements and assess best practices between workstreams and hUTC/hRTN
Work with broader teams on report and process automation projects
Support Leadership to answer questions and help develop solutions to a variety of problems (may refer to established precedents and policies).
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Working knowledge of databases and software systems such as SAP and other data warehouse tools.
3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, or Cost Accounting.
Experience with Microsoft Excel including V-look ups, Formulas, Pivot Tables, SUMIF conditional formatting is mandatory as well as proficiency in financial modeling and trend analysis.

Capable of producing clear and concise written reports describing analysis performed and the rational driving conclusions recommended
Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues
Interpersonal skills with the capability of interacting collegially, professionally, and communicating clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization .

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
