A Level III Trauma Center, offering a full-service clinical laboratory accredited by the College of American Pathologists. The lab supports inpatient, outpatient, surgical, and emergency services with same-day results in most disciplines.

Role Overview

As an MLT, you'll perform routine and complex laboratory tests in areas such as:

• Hematology, chemistry, immunology, microbiology
• Blood bank and transfusion services
• Point-of-care testing and quality control

You'll also assist with specimen collection, equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with lab protocols.

✅ Requirements

• Applied Associate degree, or applied Bachelors degree
• MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification
• Years of Experience: 5
• Required Certifications: MLS or MT or MLS
• Familiarity with Meditech lab systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
