POSITION: DISHWASHER
DEPARTMENT: RESTAURANT
REPORTS TO: FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and upkeep of soiled dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
• Maintain workstation in a neat, clean, and orderly manner
• Practice proper sanitation in compliance with health regulations
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the Manager

• Must follow all reasonable requests made by management team
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length
• Good people skills: work well with staff and be a team player, and take direction
• Must qualify for a gaming license.
• Must have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel frequently and have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
