Retail District Manager

Description:

Responsibilities

  • Store Operations – Oversee daily operations of multiple retail locations, maintain standards and procedures, and build high‑performing teams.
  • Financial Management – Sustain growth through financial stewardship, execute retail operations plans, manage budgets, and partner with the Regional District Director to generate retail strategies.
  • Customer & Community – Deliver excellent customer service, partner with HR Business Partners to achieve people goals, and promote Goodwill's mission through community partnerships.
  • Operational Excellence – Maximize resources and infrastructure, ensure compliance with security, health and safety policies, and coordinate efforts among locations.
  • Team Goodwill – Lead the district in building a sales management culture, coach store leadership, manage performance, and model Goodwill Core Values.

Qualifications

  • 3 years' work experience in Retail Management within a multi‑store organization (preferred thrift or related).
  • Experience in development and growth of a retail store chain.
  • 3 years of experience with Retail Inventory POS Computer System preferred.
  • 5 years' of supervisory experience and ability to develop and manage business operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license and clean MVR.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
