What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Drive data analytics initiatives while providing technical leadership in projects and deliverables
• Coordinate with business process owners to ensure data integrity and alignment with business requirements
• Support data migration projects, ensuring proper data mapping and validation processes
• Lead discussions with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for applying data analytics concepts
• Manage individual tasks independently while leading root cause analysis and problem?solving efforts

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field
• 4+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years of SQL experience, including scripting, creating views, and tables for dashboards
• Experience working on complex SQL queries and data transformation and cleansing
• Familiarity with SAP data structures and business process integration
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's degree
• Experience with Power Query/DAX
• Experience with data migration projects and ETL processes
