Responsibilities

• Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule showings, accommodating their availability and preferences.
• Assist in staging homes to highlight their best features and appeal to potential buyers.
• Provide detailed property information and answer any questions clients may have during showings.
• Gather and relay client feedback to the lead agent to help refine marketing strategies and improve property presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property listings.
• Ensure properties are secure and properly locked up after showings.
• Open to obtaining a Real Estate license

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate showings, including evenings and weekends.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Lake Havasu City is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
