Position: Full-Time Location: Lake Havasu City, Arizona Salary: $100,000$120,000 per year Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Summary: We're hiring a Therapist Supervisor to oversee the clinical quality and performance of our therapy team. This position combines mentorship, structure, and leadership to ensure that each client receives consistent, high-quality therapeutic support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group supervision sessions.
• Oversee case management, treatment plans, and client documentation.
• Support clinical staff through evaluations and ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with leadership on quality assurance initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
