What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the technical bridge between sales account executives and prospects throughout the sales cycle
  • Manage the prime technical relationship with prospects to drive customer happiness
  • Conduct customer pilots and Proofs of Concept, defining and measuring success criteria
  • Provide technical information to customers through various channels, including onsite and virtual meetings
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to enhance solution offerings

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software selling experience
  • Proven experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to meet business requirements with technical solutions
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in contact center environments or selling contact center solutions
  • Vertical industry expertise in Retail, Financial Services, or Healthcare
  • Previous consulting experience in implementing enterprise‑class software solutions
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Software, ITSM, data warehousing, and business intelligence
  • Familiarity with developing or selling Artificial Intelligence solutions
