Role Overview

As a Solution Architect, you'll be a key technical leader supporting pre- and post-sales engagements. You'll collaborate with customers, vendor partners, and internal teams to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions that align with business objectives. This is a customer-facing role that combines technical expertise, solution architecture, and consultative leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical engagements to architect and configure solutions for enterprise customers.
• Evangelize IT Partners solutions through presentations, whiteboard sessions, and technical roadmaps.
• Collaborate with vendor pre-sales engineers (HPE, Dell, VMware, etc.) to design complex solutions.
• Support account strategy, opportunity identification, and solution development.
• Configure and document hardware, software, and consulting solutions.
• Stay ahead of technology trends through training, certifications, and conferences.
• Occasionally contribute to hands‑on solution delivery – we value technologists who love both design and execution.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise datacenter technologies and infrastructure design.
• Pre‑sales solution architecture experience with servers, storage, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Strong knowledge of HPE or Dell infrastructure solutions; additional vendor experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Certifications in HPE, Dell, VMware, Veeam, or cloud platforms are highly desirable.
