Join Our Ground Crew & Keep Lake Havasu Beautiful! ☀

Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ (The one with the bridge!)

Are you an outdoor enthusiast who takes pride in making a community shine? Do you enjoy a job where every day is different, and your office is the great outdoors (mostly under that beautiful Havasu sun)? Then we have the perfect gig for you! We're looking for a motivated team player to join our crew and help keep our parks, streets, and facilities looking top-notch.

The Mission:

Your primary quest is to be a key player in maintaining the beauty and functionality of Lake Havasu City's public spaces. This is a hands-on, get-dirty kind of job. You'll be the person ensuring our parks are ready for events, the grass is green, the facilities are working, and the city looks its best.

What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):

  • Green Thumb Ops: Mowing, weeding, planting, pruning, and keeping our landscapes pristine. You'll be a master of irrigation systems!
  • Construction & Creation: Assisting with concrete work, minor construction, building repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, you name it!), and giving new life to city facilities.
  • Heavy Metal Thunder: Operating cool equipment like excavators, backhoes, tractors, chainsaws, and more.
  • Event Prep: Setting up fields for local sports and ensuring everything is perfect for special city events.
  • The Daily Grind (Essential Tasks): Keeping amenities clean (yes, even restrooms!), emptying trash, and generally being a city hero by keeping things tidy.
  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborating with awesome colleagues, sharing your knowledge, and providing great service to everyone you encounter.
  • Variety is the Spice of Life: One day you might be trimming trees, the next you're patching asphalt or setting up holiday decorations!
This role might require occasional weekend or holiday work, so flexibility is key!

We're Looking for Someone With:
  • A "Can-Do" Attitude: You're ready to jump in and tackle a variety of tasks with enthusiasm.
  • Experience: Some experience in construction, landscaping, or maintenance work is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to figure things out and make repairs on the fly.
  • A Valid Driver's License: You'll be cruising around the city in our vehicles.
  • Physical Stamina: You can handle manual labor, often outdoors in various weather conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience that shows you know your stuff).
  • Must meet and maintain all necessary certifications
