JOB SUMMARY: Low to moderate skill level using knowledge, skills, abilities and characteristics found in Resort & Casino grounds keeping setting. Participate in cross-training program to lift skills and awareness.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use of cutting and pruning tools to maintain plants and trees.
• Proper and safe use of lawn mowers.
• Minor drip irrigation and sprinkler systems repair.
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs.
• Cleaning and exterior trash pick up.
• Cleaning and sweeping with mop and/or broom.
• Manual watering of plants or gardens.
• Use leaf blower to clean walkways.
• Rake areas as directed.
• Ability to work flexible hours, shifts, or days as determined by business demands.
• Complies with Federal, State and Tribal laws.
• Works in a safe manner; complies with company and OSHA safety regulations.
• All other duties as assigned (non-gaming functions and issued gaming license permitting).

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma, GED equivalent. Requires 0-2 years experience in the field, and procedures within a particular field.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to walk, stoop, and lift up to seventy-five pounds. Ability to work outside in hot weather conditions.
